Heimstaden AB’s subsidiary, Heimstaden Bostad, expands to Mölndal, Sweden, with the acquisition of 253 residential units for a total price of SEK 438 million.  

The properties are located in Rävekärr, approximately four kilometres from Mölndal city centre. They are situated in a dynamic area, close to nature and water and the growing life science cluster, GoCo Health Innovation City, which favours future growth in the region.
