Heimstaden announces the appointment of Søren Vendelbo Jacobsen, 39, as co-CIO as of 1 February 2020. Søren Vendelbo Jacobsen will together with CIO, Christian Fladeland be responsible for the development and execution of the group’s investment strategy.

Søren comes from a position as Head of Real Estate & Infrastructure at Sampension in which he has led the company’s investment and portfolio strategy and the execution of investments also including the overall asset management responsibility. Prior to joining Sampension, Søren held a position within Sadolin & Albæk’s analysis and valuation department.
