The deal follows the September 1, 2017 assumption of control of all North American operations by KyotoCooling BV and expands its capabilities in Canada and the United States, ensuring the consistent fulfillment and delivery of in-progress and new product orders.
With this acquisition, KyotoCooling BV further solidifies its manufacturing, engineering and delivery capabilities in alignment with the global expansion of its well-capitalized operations.
