today announced that the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal
Circuit has denied its request for appeal in their long running
intellectual property litigation with Akamai. The Company strongly
believes that it did not infringe on any patents and will study all
options and determine next steps, including a possible review by the
Supreme Court of the United States.
