GREEN BAY, Wis., July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Associated Banc-Corp (Nasdaq: ASBC) today announced that Christopher Del Moral-Niles has been named executive vice president, corporate treasurer.  In this role, he will be responsible for managing all of Associated's corporate treasury activities, including capital planning, risk management, investments and funding.

Niles, a Chartered Financial Analyst, brings more than 17 years of financial services experience to Associated.  He joins Associated from The First American Corporation, a diversified financial services holding company, where he held a variety of positions including corporate treasurer and treasurer of the company's principal banking and insurance subsidiaries.  Most recently, Niles served as divisional president for First American Trust, FSB.  Previously, Niles served as senior vice president-treasury and director of liability management for Union Bank, a division of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.  Prior to his time with Union Bank, Niles spent a decade as a financial services investment banker working in New York, London, and Los Angeles.
