(Nasdaq: LLNW) today announced the United States District Court for the
District of Arizona has granted the Company's motion to dismiss the
consolidated class action complaint, in a case brought against the Company in
August 2007.
The Court dismissed the claims under Section 12(2) of the Securities Act
of 1933 with prejudice, and dismissed the claims under Section 11 and 15,
giving plaintiffs the opportunity to file an amended complaint as to those.
