The financing reservation regarding the previously communicated divestment of six mixed properties to Point Properties AB was not met. Therefore the transaction is not completed and the properties remain in Diös’ ownership.

The sale affects properties in Gävle, Falun, Umeå och Skellefteå. The agreement was communicated on March 25 and was subject to a financing reservation that has not been met. The properties are fully let and Diös are looking forward to continue to manage and develop them in each city.
