Mercell hires Kjetil Haukås as new CFO

Oslo, Norway, 21 June 2022: MERCELL today announces the hiring of Kjetil Haukås as new CFO with
effect from 1 October, 2022. Haukås will replace Erik Hokholt who has acted as interim CFO since April.
Haukås comes from the position as CFO of Visolit (now Advania), where he has experience from among
others strategic business development, M&A, and financing since 2009. He has previous work experience
both as CFO in NetCom and as a Director in KPMG.
