Backahill Inter AB has announced that Lennart Mauritzson, President and CEO of Backahill, will replace Magnus Swärdh in Diös Nomination Committee.

The members of the nomination committee are:

• Stefan Nilsson, representative for Pensionskassan SHB Försäkringsförening.
• Carl Engström, representative for Nordstjernan AB.
