Publication of pro forma financial statement 

On 1 April 2019, Heimstaden AB (publ) (”Heimstaden” or the ”Company”) announced through a press release preliminary pro forma financial information in order to describe its financial position before and after certain larger transactions which have been completed so far during 2019. The Company hereby publishes the final pro forma financial statements which have been reviewed by the Company’s auditor Ernst & Young. The information presented in the pro forma financial statement does not differ from the information provided in the preliminary pro forma financial information.

Publication of prospectus and application for admission to trading

On 11 April 2019, the Company issued hybrid capital securities in an amount of SEK 2,000 million. The Company intends to apply for the hybrid capital securities to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm and the estimated first day of trading is on or about 9 May 2019. By reason of the application the Company has prepared a prospectus which was approved on the date hereof by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen).
