Our property management income grew by 7 per cent and our loan-to-value ratio improved, and now stands at 54.6 per cent. As part of our urban development strategy, we have adopted the ambition to obtain environmental certification for all our properties.

  • Rental income increase was 5 per cent and totals SEK 1 330 million (1 263)
  • Property management income increase was 7 per cent and totals SEK 669 million (625)
  • Unrealized changes in property values amounted to SEK 327 million (335) and for derivatives to SEK 16 million (21)
  • Profit after tax was SEK 890 million (773)
  • Earnings per share were SEK 6.59 (5.87)
